My granddad, Hayden Hayes, was a master plumber and gifted tradesman. Even at a young age, I noticed his attention to detail and commitment to his craft. He understood that he had a responsibility to ensure the safety of all those who trusted his service and expertise. He passed this mindset on to his children and grandchildren. When I come across a home that passes inspections with flying colors, I smile and call it a ‘Hayes House’.
On the contrary, I come across many homes that are poorly maintained or carelessly flipped.
